For Buyers:
We insure that all products are handmade and to a high standard.
We promise to keep all you contact information private and not pass them on to any third party. 
All products are dispatched in the time period selected, and payment is secure without any hassle.
Any problems will be dealt with immediately, and all products will be kept up to date.

For Sellers:
We promise to be open with you about how many people are viewing your items. We also promise to keep you up to date on any purchases that have been made and give you all information given to us.
The seller must promise to give us any information we require to sell the item to the best of our ability. The seller must send the product promptly to the buyer once he/she has been paid.
We promise to only take the cut agreed before hand by us and the seller.
We promise to promote the product and ensure that all buyers are directed easily around the site and too the products.
We show all product details and state that it is the sellers own design. Furthermore, sellers have the right to cancel the listing of their products any time they wish.
 

I as a retailer am not liable for any damage that may accur or any refunds, i am just a midway point between sellers and buyers. If a refund is needed please contact me and i will let the sellers know. It is then up to the seller to refund the product.
