MinimalVS is from Slovenia, a small and beautiful country of central Europe. It is a kind of jewellery made to satisfy individual needs with unique design and creations. It presents the style of elegance and beauty. 

All of our jewelleries are designed and handmade in Slovenia. We only use the genuine and quatlity materials. Every single piece of jewellery is made with love and care. Customer's satisfaction is top priority to our work and service.

Ziga Rautner transforms Maja's drawings into 3d files and then exports the files into 3d wax printer. After the printing is done the wax has to be casted.

Matjaz Lorenčič - Goldsmith
Matjaz who is professional jeweler does casting, brushing, setting the gemstones, polishing and all final work which has to be done. We strive for perfection so all our jewelleries looks perfect at the end.

MinimalVS interprets all the simplest shapes and designs with full of imagination. It is for those who love and understand the beauty of minimalism.

Your order will shipped within 8 business days from the date of purchase at max; most likely it will be shipped within 5 days unless if it other shipping details are written on the first page of my shop below the banner. 

I will mark your items as shipped once it is mailed. You can check the status of you order by going to "Your Etsy" > "Purchases". If you are in a hurry, for any special reason, please send me an Etsy conversation *BEFORE* placing your order.

I will ship to the address mentioned on the Etsy receipt. Please double-check to verify that the shipping address provided on Etsy is correct. I am not responsible for packages being sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

✻✻✻ METHOD OF SHIPPING ✻✻✻

Packages under 120 usd will be shipped by International priority airmail, with no tracking and no insurance. You can however contact me BEFORE placing your order if you prefer to upgrade shipping. I'll ship by tracked mail only for orders more than 120 usd and provide you the tracking number and the link for tracking within the notification message. If you want tracking and your order is lower than 120 usd I charge 9 usd.

Delivery time estimations :

- 10/25 business days of delivery to USA, Canada, Australia, Asian countries, South Africa and eastern Europe.
- 6/8 business days of delivery to most European countries.

The delivery time is provided for REFERENCE ONLY and it is based on my own experience sending good all over the world. Packages can sometimes take longer to be delivered, especially during busy holiday seasons for example. They also can be custom opened, which will add extra time for delivery.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Slovenia.
 

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me within 4 days of receiving your order, with your refund request. You will be expected to return the item immediatedly after contacting me. PLEASE CONTACT ME thru this shop, not my e-mail!
I will give full a full refund, (shipping charges are non-refundable), once I receive the item and see that it is in it's original condition.
If the item didn't come back in its original state it was sent/received refund is not possible (jewelry tangled / broken, tarnished, oxidised). Buyers are also responsible for sending the items back safely to receive a refund.

If you ordered wrong necklace or bracelet size I can adjust. Shipping cost back to me in this case is on the buyers side. 
If you mistakenly received wrong item or wrong length please return for adjustment. Shipping in this case is covered from our side. 

I will not give a refund for section body chains/Body Jewelry if the buyer didn't provide me right measurements for body chain to be made. I will not give refund for custom body chains. 

RING RESIZING:
If you provided the wrong ring size and want to re-size it, we charge a 30$ fee and DHL shipping back to you.

Once you contact me for my 'ship to' address, you will be asked to use the following instructions for a return. Any missing information will delay your refund.

1) your name and e-mail
2) a note with your request, (exchange, repair, refund, etc.)
3) your original purchase date, (very important so I can find it on Paypal)
4) Please do NOT send it certified or signature required. A tracking number is recommended as I cannot be responsible for lost packages.
5) If you are returning a necklace, Please package it in the original box and tape it down to the cotton like I did so that it doesn't tangle, (no return will be accepted on tangled goods!)

* I don't accept returns on Custom Orders, nor on items that you have requested me to adjust or make changes to.

I can adjust most items to fit your size preferences, you just need to include a note at checkout or contact me via etsy message.

---- Jewelry care:
Please note I offer costume/fashion jewelry and therefore it need special care to ensure a longer life span.

> When possible clean the piece after use with a soft dry fabric to remove dust and body oils.
> Store it away from sunlight and if possible in a jewelry box while not in use - sunlight can discolor the piece and oxygen is known to oxidize almost everything on earth.
